This policy explains what information BrightCore Coaching collects, why we collect it and how it is handled.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, organisation, job title, email address, service of interest, number of participants and your message. If you register interest in Lumen, we collect your name (optional) and email address.
How we use it
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked for it, to send occasional updates about Lumen and BrightCore Coaching. We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes.
How it is stored
Enquiries and Lumen registrations are stored securely in the BrightCore Coaching application and are available only to authorised members of the BrightCore team.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by contacting us.
Confidentiality in coaching
Coaching conversations are confidential. Any organisational progress reporting is agreed in advance and respects the privacy of individual participants.
